How the Foundation is Funded and Regulated

Overview

The activities of the Spirit of Life Foundation and the scholarships it makes are supported by the SPIRIT OF LIFE CHARITABLE FOUNDATION TRUST, administered by the trust department of the Fairfield National Bank, Fairfield, Illinois, 62837. The trustee makes awards to students upon the recommendation of the Foundation's Advisory Board. Students accepting scholarships from the Spirit of Life Charitable Foundation agree to take full responsibility for their actions and to hold harmless The Foundation.
