How the Foundation is Funded and Regulated

Overview

The activities of the Spirit of Life Foundation and the grants that it makes are supported by the SPIRIT OF LIFE CHARITABLE FOUNDATION TRUST, administered by the trust department of the Fairfield National Bank, Fairfield, Illinois, 62837. The trustee makes awards to institutions upon the recommendation of the Foundation's Advisory Board. Institutions accepting grants from the Spirit of Life Charitable Foundation agree to take full responsibility for the actions of the students to whom they make awards and to hold harmless the Foundation.
